Westend Apartments was a 36 residential apartment complex to be sold off-the-plans. Located close to Perth CBD but in an area which had very few new apartment developments.

The project involved developing a marketing strategy for the development and to design marketing collateral to support the marketing and sales campaign. The campaign focused around the lifestyle and what you got
with it living in this particular area.
